Gluten-free Ginger beer cocktail

If you have rum: 

Dark ‘N Stormy

  • 2 oz of rum
  • ½ oz of lime juice
  • Ginger beer
  • Garnish with lime

If you have brandy:

French mule

  • 1-1/2oz of brandy
  • ½ oz of lime
  • ½ oz of simple syrup
  • 2 dashes of aromatic bitters
  • 2-1/2 oz of ginger beer
